This report is dedicated to analyzing how South-South and Triangular Cooperation (SCSyT) has been adapting to the changes caused by the transition between development agendas.
Throughout the document, four thematic dimensions are analyzed. The first covers the state of the global and regional situation of compliance with the SDGs and recommends the articulation of combined interventions to give a response to COVID-19 anchored in the 2030 Agenda. The second addresses the issue of adapting TC to the transition between development agendas, paying attention to the contributions of the European Union (EU) and the Ibero-American space in the debates on TC. The third exposes the narratives and practices of TC in Ibero-America and evaluates its adaptation to the transition between development agendas. Finally, the fourth alludes to the possibility of articulating innovative mechanisms in TC, either through digitization, the provision of digital and global public goods, the deployment of transversal agendas (gender or global risks) or the fight against inequalities.
